Answer to Poor Service from VZ

Look in your phone book or internet for your local Public Utility Commission or governmental agency governing telecommunications in your state. File a complaint against Verizon.

You will get a favorable response. The reason I know, I worked in a group at Verizon that answered them. VZ gets dinged each time one is filed. VZ looks unfavorable when a rate increase is requested.
