| Verizon is Evil, Evil, Evil, Evil ,Evil, Evil!!!! Did I mention they were bastards too? |
Gawd! I'm kicking myself for my recent decision to use Verizon. This is a true representation of how evil they are when they can cause people self-flagellate.
Long story short. Can provide unabridged version if you're interested:
Signed up for bundle.
Get bill that nearly gives me 1st heart attack.
Learn services in bundle are not available at our address.
Try to cancel bundle and return service to previous service.
Spent a total of 5 hours on the phone.
Nearly have 2nd heart attack due to being shifted from one center to another, hung up on, disconnected, patronized and all other manner of unacceptable treatment.
Caught up in the annoying automated loop.
Finally get associate and lured into believing all was okay.
Get bill that nearly gave me third heart attack Bill includes canceled bundle, PLUS late charges for not paying for the canceled bundle, PLUS more bundle charges AND the correct service I requested.
Call again with more automated loops, transfers, disconnects, and impending 4th heart attack looming in the background.
On phone for 2.5 hrs with no resolution.
End result, I'm exhausted, exasperated,and frustrated beyond all measure. I have no one to blame but myself for changing my service to being with when I knew better!
I wish there were another service provider to choose from.
