verizan sucks

We ordered the wireless internet. They never told us about the hidden fees when we ordered it. We sent it back 3 days later and they are charging us 107 dollars for it. When you call and are on holde the background voice even says you can return any service for no charge. Tell that to the bill they sent us. Useless pile of crap.
