Getting Charge

So I cancelled my account and got my last bill saying I need to pay 94 dollars so I did and logged on line to see if the payment went trough which did but It sas I owe them 400 dollars!

That is precisely my complaint. On my earlier post I mentioned that I cancelled twice and paid final bill twice. My credit is tarnished because these assholes still put that I was using the phone
