restarting servie

Ok
For some reason I am the only person in my entire town who cant get vios.. so I have dsl and direct tv. When my direct tv antenna went down in a storm a few months ago I asked them to turn it off until the could fix it over a month later. Well Verizon also turned off my phone and internet. Not only that but when I went to have it turned back on it has been quite the rigamarole hours and days and weeks have gone by and I still have no service. And I have a nearly 200$ credit on my account. Verizon sucks.
