| 9.99 Data Plans!!!! |
First I never had to pay for a data plan to upgrade a cell phone. After November 2009 we're REQUIRED to have a data plan to obtain a decent multimedia phone. This is at a cost of $9.99 per month for a measly 25MB!!! Then their service reps have the NERVE to upsell me to a $19.99 data plan for unlimited internet bandwidth. WTF is Verizon doing?!? They told me well those phones are more for senior citizens and everyone is going with these newer phones with a data plan. It's verizon taking advantage of the consumer.
