Verizon Incompetence

From a new installation that took 3 weeks to get a phone line, to screw ups with a customer move. They're a joke. It's like dealing the charactures of the old MA Bell. No one can do their job or solve a problem. And dealing with their phone system is ridiculous. I'm leaving them and NEVER coming back. It's amazing how badly a company can screw things up, and then have no one to fix it. STAY AWAY.
