My old company probably had over 500 phones on Verizon for its employees. While on a business trip, my company cellphone died on me. I went to a Verizon store to get it serviced. The rep lookup up the account. She looked at me and scolded me loudly, "sir, your balance is over 27 thousand dollars, there is no way we will service you". I was dumbfounded. People around started staring at me, how can somebody rack over 27000 in cellphone bills! I tried to argue that it was a company with over 500 phones, and probably monthly payments over 50K, but I realized it was futile and I ran away.
