Wow..what a Joke

I terminated my contract early and I just got an email stating my bill was ready for viewing. This bill should be my early termination fee. I was glad they remembered me and emailed me. I go log in and I can log in but I cannot view anything. But they do conveniently tell me the temperature of where I am right now instead. (wtf?)
