| rebates, minutes, lies |
First I've been charged with calling canada... i dont know anyone in canada.. not just ten bucks or something minor.. almost 600 dollars in calls they said i made...(lies)Then when i called customer service they said we can remove 50 dollars as a favor.. BIG favor.. my normal bill was 50! I said no, then called later that day to talk with a manager.. they wouldnt let me through at first only after i claimed i was going to no longer be a customer did they transfer me.. he finally offered me a refund but told me i did accept the charges before.. i NEVER did! Now we are waiting for rebates on our new phones.. (and i'm only staying with verizon because my friends and family are on it)... mine came about 2 weeks ago... my boyfriend's STILL hasnt come and they said it may take weeks more.. i'm so frustrated and tired of verizon!
