| V CAST Music with Rhapsody |
When I had my old LG Chocolate, I installed V CAST Music Manager on my computer and it told me I could upgrade to V CAST Music with Rhapsody on my computer, so I went to the site and downloaded, because it was listed FREE, and it said nowhere that i would be charged for it. The instructions said it was free, and the instructions also asked you to sign in with your MyVerizon Account, which I was skeptical of, but I did it anyway because it SAID it was free. After that, I started being charged $15/month. I e-mailed their customer service, very angry about this. After getting no response for about 2 days, I got a call from someone there, asking for me to confirm my account so they could remove the charge from my account. So if you download V CAST Music with Rhapsody, DO NOT sign in, or they will charge you, despite the fact that it says it is free.cory2107 - Verizon H8er ID: B53851 |
