When my rates inched up at Broadview again, I got a call from verizon and was given a sales pitch. I faxed a copy of the services I needed for my business and wanted to make sure I did not lose anything. I also wanted a package that included my home since Broadview did that, saving me a bill.
Once the switch was made, I did not get the services requested and to get what I needed I would have to pay more. The service at home was a line without any services, no call waiting, caller ID and conference that I was promised.
When I finally got someone in service the person was sympathic, but not much they could do. Just write me a bigger package at a higher cost. I was not happy with their problem resolution.
