| My land line has been out for almost two days |
My Verizon land line phone has been out for almost two days as I write and they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix it.
This kind of outage happened quite often lately.

I even told them (which is true) that I have a heart condition and need to be able to call 911 if there's an emergency. Made no difference.
