I think Verizon is worse than most other companies. I have dealt with a lot of companies in my personal and professional life and I have NEVER had problems with another company like i have with Verizon.
I accept a certain number of glitches. It would be one thing if I called customer service and the problem gets resolved. But that's not what happens with Verizon.
