Verizon is evil

I tried to port a number from Verizon to a voip provider called Ooma. They have blocked it every way they can think of. This has been going on for over a month. I have canceled my service with them and they are still billing me. I feel like I'm playing chess with the devil himself. May they all burn in hell.
