After years of frustration, we're leaving Verizon

Absolutely horrible customer service. Simply unbelievable. Ya, technically they're good, but come on- hidden charges, confused, at best, customer service folks (when you finally get through to a human an outa there craxy menu system).
This has gone on for years. They're wireless office/folks don't - or can't - talk to the TV/Internet folks, really? Ever heard of computers?

We're done with Verizon. They're toast.
