| I hate Verizon |
After looking at my monthly bill I noticed that I had a $200 data usage charge even though I had never used any apps or used the internet on my phone, I went to verizon and asked them about it and they told me I was using the internet and I had downloaded and had been using a few apps. I told them that the apps on my phone already came with it and that I had never done anything that would cause data charges and they kept saying I did those things, the next month I noticed a $30 data usage charge on my phone, I wen't back to verizon and started to complain and they kept insisting that it was my fault, eventually they started to get very rude and cocky towards me, too bad it cost hundreds of dollars to cancel my contract.
