Dealing with this for 3 years...

I've always wanted to go to a different service, such as T-Mobile, however I'm stuck with Verizon. They trap you into a contract, and if you think you're fine with your brand new phone, it immediately stops working. I have never had one phone from Verizon that doesn't freeze or restart within a week or two. I never necessarily dropped my phone either. They're full of sh*t, and so are their phones. Get out while you can! Save friends and family from this horrible deceiving company!
