| Verizon SUCKS ASS! |
My husband and I became a Verizon customer a year ago this past January (BIG mistake!!!). I have YET to have a phone that works properly and Verizon only wants to keep sending the same damned phone that keeps screwing up on me!! I have the LG Voyager/Titanium, every fucking phone starts out with the lights on the keypad going out, then it starts shutting off sporadically (yes, battery is fully charged!), then the screens inside AND out start to pixelate, I have MORE dropped calls than ANYBODY I've EVER known, and here I sit STILL with a goddamned LG VOYAGER..THANK YOU FOR THE FUCK VERIZON, NEXT TIME AT LEAST SEND ME A KISS!!!
My husband has called/emailed the regular customer service countless times only to receive the same bullshit, they apologize and tell us there is nothing they can do but send out a reconditioned Voyager. They REFUSE to send me a different type of phone unless I PAY OUT THE ASS for one...where the fuck do they get off expecting ME to pay for a different phone when it's THEIR FAULTY EQUIPMENT???!!!!! All I asked was to be given an early upgrade replacement to get something better in hopes that things would actually work out, but will they do that? FUCK NO!!!! I am SO sick of Verizon I could seriously reach through the damned phone and bitch-slap whomever answers at Verizon!!! If Verizon doesn't get their heads out of their asses and give me SOME sort of compensation for all the bullshit I've dealt with for OVER A YEAR I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as a lawyer!!!!Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 238001 |
