| Verizon Thieves |
I have cablevision VOIP services. Recently a FIOS rep came to my door to sell FIOS. I did not know who he was nor did I trust him. I called Verizon to confirm if he was legit. Everything he told me was legit according to the Verizon person on the phone. I did not agree to setting up an installation date nor did I sign anything. Next I thing I know I'm speaking to a Cablevision rep. and he is telling me that Verizon started the process of porting my phone over to them. I told the rep. I did not give them permission to this, nor did I agree to any Verizon Service. Cablevision fixed the porting issue on my first phone line, but never realized the second line was being ported over too.
A week later my second line is disconnected and a Verizon customer has the number. I contacted Verizon regarding this and I keep getting the run arround. I am still in the process of getting my second number back. This number is important to me because I've had this number about a year and numerous family and friends know this number, and I refuse to give it up because Verizon sucks.Mike - Verizon H8er ID: 88894B |
