| Screwed by wifi data usage overage charge |
I had Verizarape wifi for 3 months and went over 5 gigs every month but couldn't figuar out why. I thought teenager itunes etc. So I went to 10 gigs. Tomorrow is the end of my billing cycle and guess what my usage info is over 72 hours old. Called customer service they told ne sorry can't help you we have know idea till I get billed. Well my 72 hour old usage info still needs to add a weekend. Oh shit with a teenager and 2 adults using it I could get rally screwed. They say they have 24-48 to give me that info. I think when you are close to going over limits they don't tell you usage amount so you do go over and rack up huge bills. I can't believe it but I long for my old dial up with AOL, at least then I never got got billed unbelievable over use fees. I hope someone from verizarape can read my display name! Everytime you log on it shows you exactly how much usage you have done.
