Charged for TWO box rentals

I recently downgraded from the Hi-Def box to the standard for $ reasons. They mailed me the standard box & I returned the hi-def box. This month I get a bill for rental of BOTH boxes!!! I called and was disconnected 3 times. Every single time I call they can never find my account by the account number listed on my bill! My contract for cable/internet is almost up & I WILL be switching! I'm paying $100 a month for basic cable & basic internet!
