| Beware to small business customers |
First off, the Verizon Freedom Custo Pak bites the big one, especially if you have to make international calls. Our business is international and it takes 1-1.5 minutes for a call to even go through.
In reviewing our recent bills I noticed that in addition to $48/DSL, we were being charged $12.98/mo for Internet Security & Online B/U. WE NEVER REQUESTED OR AUTHORIZED the Security or Online B/U!! First person I called told me that it was part of the plan and I said no, it is not stated in the documents of the plan! She said that if she removed it I would loose ALL discounts. I said, OVER MY DEAD BODY!
Today I finally spoke to someone who started out defending the charge. I had to threaten legal action before she agreed to remove the unwanted services and credit the account $89. It's the principle NOT the money.
