| Service Slam |
Both my wife and I have used Verizon for 7 years now and we have had multiple occasions where Verizon has "slammed" on services that we have NOT requested.
My wife updated her phone and they reviewed that I had a Smartphone and without asking decided to add a data plan change to our bill. We didn't ask for a data plan or request it at all.
My wife also discovered that they added a ring-back to her phone without asking.
