Verizon in lombard is a ripoff

customer service is shitty to no-existant and they over charge you for everything and u dont even have proper back up for lost phones. Thee abosolute worse. To me they are BP of cellphone companies. They spin you in every direction with no real answer until your bill looks like a catostrophe and before you barely enjoy the phone.
