verizon is truely the worst cell phone company

I tried to add my husbands line to our family plan and within one month I received over 800$ in bills. I have spent 5 hours dealing with people who don't know what their doing and can't figure out the dumbass who changed my contract totally screwed it up! I have been waiting in this store for one hour at Citrus Plaza in San Bernerdino waiting for over an hour to be helped! I can't wait to get out of this hellish contract! Do not ever get Verizon!
