| Bad service is the least of it |
this company not only provides bad service, they are also sending a lot of engineering jobs overseas and laying off American workers at a time when our economy is already fragile. all this to maximize the bottom line to perpetuate the obscenely bloated salaries and bonuses of their executives. (I think thye learned this from the Catholics) Verizon is run by power hungry morons. They run their fifedoms and wield their power with little concern about anyone but themselves.
