Another dissatisfied VZ customer

Arrogant, disinterested in-store reps who spend more time texting on their own phones than assisting customers, 2nd tier phones, horrible over-the-phone service, pricey plans. The employees of this company should say a prayer to the unnamed techs who made the network so good that customers are willing to endure the third world customer service from the brainless twits that staff their retail outlets.
