Misleading sales

Sales guy says my discount will start immediately. Then after 2 months of waiting the customer service says the discount will start next month. Per customer service the fine print says the discount only starts when Verizon gets the paper work done. How convient. Verizon sucks. I will switch carriers as soon as I can find a new one.
