I got overcharged and nobody knows why.

I had Verizon DSL for 1.5 yrs. Monthly charge $21.99. One month I ended up getting charged $32.xx. I work 6am-2:30pm, get home 4pm. Verizon after hours see my account but do not know why I got overcharged. They say I have to call during normal hours. I can't because I work. So I get off work early just to see why. Anyways, long story short; 8 Verizon employees and over 1 hr hold time later, nobody knows why, so I put a dispute on my credit card for the 10$ difference.
