Painful Experience

Trying to get DSL in our house. We've spent 4 hours on the phone, getting shuffled back and forth between India, the Phillipines, and the USA. Everyone said "I'm so sorry . . . . but that can be handled by our X/y/z department. I will put you through" DO this for 3-4 hours, and they tell you they'll call you back.

They don't.

You don't have internet service and have to go to Starbucks just to get your work done.
