Every time i go in to try to get a new replacement for my phone. i get bitched at for a good 30 mins. telling me that its 180 bucks to send it off to see if its needs fixing and if it doesn't need fixing they just waisted $180. They tell me that i should try troubleshooting my phone. its like NO SHIT! im not stupid if that had fixed my problem I WOULDN'T FUCKIN BE HERE! they are just all around rude. also the last time i got a replacement i was told it would be free because they fucked my phone up not me. i got charged $300 for a phone thats worth $180 [motorola droid].. they need to change the way they are or they are gonna go bankrupt Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 6FDACF |
