Customer Service Horror

I was trying to rectify an issue with customer service. I called and was rerouted again and again and was not able to have issue rectified. As I was put on hold I was rerouted again and had to keep answering the same questions over and over again with the voice promted automated routing system. Verizon is too big to exist. Service is lousy. I used to have phone with them, now I'm down to just dsl internet. And that is too much to have with them. Lousy.
