Seriously, I HATE Verizon!!!
Why do I get "disconnected" EVERY time I need to call them?!?! I cannot believe how rude their customer service representatives are and I cannot believe how many mistakes they have made with my billing and service. I unfortunately have cell phone and FIOS services.
I am shaking with anger right now for having been on the phone for over an hour and a half and hung up on (or disconnected as they like to call it) 4 times.
Verizon sucks! The early termination fees are incredibly high or I would just drop them altogether.
