Bought new smart phone with internet for new job about 6 months ago, recently moved into a new building at work, T mobile and Sprint phones work, no verizon phone service. Have been dealing with somewhat helpful tech support but looks like the policy is they do not guarantee service in buildings, this is about 4/10 mile away from old building. Want to cancel contract and get new phone service,like that works in a place I spend most of my time in, can't do without a penalty, that is why I hate verizon!Why do we put up with this nonsense from cellular phone companies!!! ready to opt out altogetherAnonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 5CFEB3 |
