i straight up hate you verizon. i want someone to read this from verizon and go like cut themselves b/c i had the WORST expieriance. i spent about 2 hours talking to an effing machine THEN when i get to talk to someone real, the guy has no effing clueee what to do. so now i have to switch my phone over to my mothers old phone tonight; why?? b/c verizon sucksss. I can't even switch my contacts overr??!!? This is RAPE.
