Verizon charges $35 dollars despite feature not working

Despite the fact that Droid X has a mobile hot stop feature that does not work as advertised and only syncs with certain devices, not so much on others and throws off the other devices after 2 to 3 minutes I'm still forced to pay $35 dollars to restock this piece of sh*t! Verizon has officially raped me.
