| dont dare buy an lg enV touch! |
Ok so I bought an enV touch in april 2010 and by june the charger port went bad so they replaced it with their crappy replacement garbage enV touch so 2 weeks later for some reason the charger port went bad so I called customer service and they told me to go out to ther store have it replaced again and replace the charger . That night I go to charge it and it doesn't charge WTF so I bitched and bitched at customer service thratening termination of my account they finally balled up and sent me a brand new blackberry vurve in purple along with a free case for it ..m but customer serivice said we will include express shipping so I got super excited! Then ended up tracking it and I waited 2 whole weeks screw you verizon ur nothing but a bunch of money hungry pigs!Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 04C99A |
