| How do we switch back? |
I want to leave Verizon FIOS immediately. We have a bundle plan. It's always been the worst tech service and customer service, not matter what the issue is. The internet e-mail is ridiculous and always having "maintenance" or slow. They rudely changed their main page so you have to sit there and wait for five minutes for their changing visual graphics to finish their marketing, before you can even look at your mail every time. They won't come out to your home to assess a tech problem because they say the equipment (cables) they provided are technically our property, so that's our problem to fix. They keep you waiting forever on the phone to find this out. I wish we had never signed up with them. How do I get out and switch back to comcast?Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 6D713A |
