| verizon sucks |
i purchased the droid x and the speaker broke a week after I got it. They were telling me that i have to return it within 30 days to get a new one free. Then they said we are out of stock until sometime after the 30 day limit so you will have to pay for a new one. What kind of crap is that. I bitched and bitched and finally they agreed to move my warranty date out so that i would receive the 30 day exchange benefit whenever it is that they are in stock again. That is the short short version. I've been with Verizon for under a month and i already can't stand them.
