Refurbished Phones

I am on my 4th refurbished phone from Verizon..in a 3 month period. They treat me like a complete idiot each time I try to describe the tech problem and proceed to whipe out my phone taking 3+ hours. EXACTLY how I want to spend my Saturday, thank you! The 1st phone they sent me was reported stolen. When I tried to activate it they accused me of stealing the phone...that they shipped me...in a Verizon box. Each phone sucks more then the last. I'm in the process of switching servers. HATE THEM
