| Verizon is the worst |
Verizon was supposed to install Fios at our apartment on Saturday morning. Originally the said they would be there sometime between 8am and noon. At 1pm we finally called and asked where the tech was. They told us somebody would be over sometime before 4pm. When nobody had shown up by 6pm we called and a lady told us she was sorry a tech would be over the house first thing in the morning between 8 and 9. Finally the guy showed up at 12:30 and after being there for about a half hour left inexplicably leaving behind two orange cones to save his parking spot.
