| Verizon are bastards! |
After my Samsung Rogue broke 8 months within having it still in warranty I called to get another phone. I spoke to a few people all polite and nice they said they'd send me out another phone. I called back the next day to ask why all of a sudden my contacts were deleted and insurance was cut off. THE IDIOTS I TALKED TO CUT MY INSURANCE AND FOR SOME ODD REASON MY CONTACTS. After talking to them again and again and again..... and again they finally came to the conclusion that they didn't want to pin point if I was a liar or their representive and to make things easy on everyone they are going to send me phone free of charge after countless times of asking me to pay retail price for it because they said my warranty was void. Which I was never made aware of in fact I was told I was still in warranty from several different people. So essentially I'm shit out of luck for getting my insurance back and no warranty if it brakes again, AND I'm as well shit out of luck with my contacts!
