| Verizon added without notice 25mb email data package 9.99 |
First time I called they said it's required due to my phone. However, my phone was bought from Verizon authorized store, and started the service at the same time.
I had specially choose a phone not requiring extra stuff.
Then I went to my old bill and see the extra package was not there initially!
So I called again, said again it's required, then mention the previous bill, then waited 10 minutes they talk to manager.
They said they will remove, but not credit previous month. Then I said it's unacceptable, so waited again for manager for 5 minutes.
Then said can credit only 2 months. I said @#$@#$, then said 3 months will be credited ;-)
