| Rule the Air |
I had a verizon account; I live in an area that is well inside their so called coverage area. The problem is that I could only occasionally get a 3G connection and telephone conversation cut in and out so much that a conversation was almost impossible. I contacted support; Well my last conversation with support I found out that there was a statement that I should be happy with what service I am getting. I'm no longer with verizon, but now they're sending me bills and I have to call and have the charges taken off. My guess is that it's their way of playing games when you cancel.
BTW, I bought a cheap Tracfone; I get pretty good connection coverage with that little $15 phone. Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: F57043 |
