| Can there be a worse company? |
Can there be a worse company? I don;t think so. I have been without telephone service for 4 days and have yet to speak to a human! I have gone out of my way to tell everyone I know what a horrible company Verizon is. They could care less about the customers. What they don't realize is every dollar they spend on advertisement is a waste. How about investing some money into customers service. Better yet, how about having customer service reps that speak and understand English. I not only am leaving Verizon, I'm pulling Verizon out of the company I manage. Irene - Verizon H8er ID: B972E3 |
