| The cause of Verizon's Incompetence |
The problem with your customer service issues involves the VZ IT dept. and it's contractors. They write the actual code that is used by the customer service reps. The IT department changes their software twice a month. Then the "worker bess" helping customers, in the thousands, have to complete "work arounds" when attempting to correct customer complaints and taking new service requests. The IT employees are causing the majority of the wasted time with customers. This department is not accountable to any customer service group or function. VZ established it that way.
