Verizon FIOS guarantee that would not charge you less for 2 year, but they do not guarantee they would provide you the same service. They cut some of your channels, put them in different package, do not tell you and when you call them they ask for more money. Customer service admits it is not fair, but they would not do anything. Many times they have lower internet price, but the service request would not work and when you call on the phone they would promise you the same price, but when you get the bill you realize you are not getting the deal.
