They won't sell me a new battery for a phone I got not long ago. Straight up scam to force people to buy new phones. I've been to three store and their website. I talked to a rep and they told me I could buy one on their website. When you go to the website they don't sell any batteries except for the newest models. The batteries they do sell are about 50 dollars a piece. At Amazon.com the same batteries sell for between 3 to 11 dollars. Going to the store is worse then visiting the DMV.
