| Poor service |
My parents live out of town a ways... but according to Verizon's so-called "coverage map" they are in full digital coverage. I already owned a Palm Pre Plus and loved it... so I got my parents them as well. The service at their house was so bad the Verizon rep couldn't even get a test call through while I was holding my head to the window trying to activate them. I complained and they sent out a tech who concluded "this is a known poor service area". Even after all of this, they wouldn't even offer us a network extender for free. They would only reduce the price to $150. Screw that! If we had Sprint they would have given us one for free...
